All products, descriptions, prices, and promotions on our Website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing or product information may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders and notify you accordingly.
Order Acceptance and Cancellations
Once you place an order, it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed or shipped.
Shipping and Delivery
Free Delivery: Orders over AED 1000 qualify for free delivery across the UAE.
Shipping Time:
- Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah: 1-2 business days.Â
- Other Areas in the UAE: 3-5 business days.
Shipping Fees: If your order is under AED 1000, shipping charges will apply as calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns and Exchanges
Standard Return Policy
- Returns will only be accepted if the factory seal on the product is intact and the item has not been unboxed. Once the factory seal is broken or the product is unboxed, the item is non-returnable.Â
Open Box Items
- Items purchased under the Open Box category come with a 5-day return policy. If the product is defective or has issues, you are eligible to return it within 5 days of receiving the item. Any issues reported after 5 days will not be entertained, and the item will not be eligible for return.Â
Return Process
If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within the applicable return period. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.Â
Non-returnable Items
Opened or used mobile phones, accessories, or any other items with a broken factory seal cannot be returned.
Warranty
Samsung TDRA Model Warranty
- Samsung mobile phones (TDRA model) come with a 1-year warranty provided by Samsung. For warranty claims on Samsung phones, please contact Samsung directly.Â
Other Products Warranty
- All other items sold on our Website come with a 1-year warranty provided by Callmate Mobile Phones Trading LLC. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.Â
Covered under warranty
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Not covered under warranty
- Physical or liquid damage, misuse, or abuse of the product.Â
- Consumables such as batteries (whether built-in or external), ink cartridges, belts, etc.Â
- Accessories, virus repair, and software issues.Â
- Intentional or unintentional damage caused by mishandling.Â
- Damage caused by fire, natural disasters, or loss of the device.Â
- Repairs made at unauthorized service centers.
- Changes or removal of serial numbers on the product.Â
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled at our discretion, and we may offer a repair, replacement, or exchange depending on the nature of the defect. All warranty claims must be made within the 1-year warranty period, and the product must be returned with proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to obtain an independent assessment and valuation report in the event of any warranty claim.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to any product purchased through our Website is limited to the price paid for that product. We will not be held liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Payment and Security
We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption technologies to protect your personal and payment details.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for all orders across the UAE.Â
Confirmation of COD Orders: After placing a COD order, we will reach out to you within 12 hours to confirm your order.Â
Automatic Cancellation: In the event that we do not receive a reply within 12 hours, your COD order will be automatically canceled.Â
Payment on Delivery: Please have the exact amount ready for payment at the time of delivery. COD payments are processed in cash only.
