Delivery Areas
We are pleased to offer reliable and timely delivery across the UAE. The estimated delivery times for each region are as follows:
- Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah: Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Other Areas in the UAE: Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
Delivery Timeframe
In general, orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days from the date of order placement. Please note that while we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times may occasionally vary depending on external factors, such as courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery across the UAE for all orders over AED 1000. If your order is under AED 1000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Processing and Shipment
Once your order is successfully placed, it will be processed, and we aim to ship it the next day. You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order has been dispatched. For any items out of stock or delays, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated on the status of your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for all orders across the UAE. This gives you the convenience of paying for your order when it arrives at your doorstep.
- Confirmation of COD Orders: After placing your order via COD, our team will contact you within 12 hours to confirm your order. Please ensure you reply within this time frame to avoid automatic cancellation of your order.
- Automatic Cancellation: If we do not receive a response within 12 hours, your COD order will be automatically canceled.
- Payment on Delivery: When your order is delivered, please ensure you have the exact amount ready for payment in cash. Our delivery team will only accept cash payments for COD orders.

Returns and Exchanges

- Standard Return Policy: Returns are only accepted if the factory seal is intact and the product has not been unboxed. Once the seal is broken or the product is unboxed, it is non-returnable.
- Open Box Items: These items come with a 5-day return policy. If the item is defective or has issues, it must be returned within 5 days of receipt. Any issues reported after 5 days will not be eligible for return.
- Non-returnable Items: Opened or used mobile phones, accessories, or any items with a broken factory seal cannot be returned.
